Yes, this display is compatible with Raspberry Pi 4B.

This LCD monitor not only works with Raspberry Pi 4 internally, but also can use extra HDMI or VGA port to connect other versions of Raspberry Pi or other equipments (Lattepanda, Jetson NANO, PS, Xbox, Laptop, etc).
