Hello,

Is it possible to check the SSC32 board for a small input signal ?

I have 2 IR sensors, and when they detect movement. I want to send
a small pulse to the SSC32 board, and detect it with my application.

I’m assuming you mean the analog input. Yes it is possible to do this. Please read about the Read Analog Inputs section of the SSC-32 guide found here.
