Is the SSc-32 compatable with Windows 7?

Not sure what your question is. The SSC-32 is a servo controller board, that you talk to using serial commands. So as long as you have some form of serial port (hardware serial port, USB to serial Adapter) on your PC running Windows 7, you can have programs on your PC send commands to the SSC-32.

I can communicate with the SSC-32 from Windows 7 using LynxTerm and a short test program I wrote in PERL.
