Seeking 5A DC motor recommendation

I’m looking for good inexpensive geared DC motors that are:

3A to 5A
18v or less
60 RPM or higher

I would appreciate your recommendation on specific models and where to get them. Thank you! :unamused:

Ok well not sure how kosher this is, but have a look at robotmarketplace.com
and look under ant-motors.
there you will find the Beetle gear motors. Great little buggers with oodles of torque operating at 12v 144rpm (no load) (not 155 rpm as reported an i think closer to 135rpm actually) and 247 oz-in. reported stall torque. stall current is 4.6 Amps.

But before you do go ahead and buy em just dig around to find more specs, i’ve had some nasty experiences trusting the ones at robotmarketplace blindly. Sometimes the suppliers inflate their figures and features lists…

I think these GHM-04 motors fit what you are asking for, and they have the external shaft for the QME-01 encoders if you want to add them later.
