RCTIME on Pins 4-7 for Atom Pro

I’m doing a small project where I’ve soldered together an R/C photo resistor circuit and I’m using the basic atom pro to read the decay time (the RCTIME command). This of course allows me to get a reading of the lighting conditions in a given environment. However, whenever i connect to pins 4 through 7, i get different results for each pin. The other pins on the board work just fine however. I know someone else mentioned this when they were using rctime to interface with the ping and had to move off of pins 4-7 because they were having problems with them. Does anyone have any knowledge about this? I am using the bot board and I’m wondering if anything else is connected to these pins (for example the pushbuttons or things like that). Am I best off just to stay away from these pins? I know that these pins work for everything else, even some more advanced pin commands like pulsin. If anyone could please help me, I’d greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Pin 4 has a 1k pullup. One of these 4 I/O pins is a 3vdc I/O pin. I can’t remember which one. Hope this helps…
