I ran a couple of sequences such as having the arms move at the same time doing the same thing and notice that some servos are faster than others. Is there a way to tune this in and make them work in sync or are there some type of adjustments that need to be done?

You have to set your max speed slightly slower than the fastest your slowest servo can go.
You may get better results posting in the SEQ section. You create projects which are made of sequences, which consist of steps. Normal steps automatically ensure all servos that move start and stop at the same time, unless you alter a servos individual speed.
