Hi! I want to use an external EEPROM for storing my sequences but, i have a problem with reading/writing EEPROM.
SSC firmware is 2.03XE, EEPROM chip is 24LC256, processor is ATMega168. EER and EEW commands are not working.
I mean, when i try to put some data to EEPROM via Terminal with EEW (with and without “-” - no matter), EER returns nothing. Serial port monitor also shows any answer from port.
I have read the topics lynxmotion.net/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=6947, but there is still no clarity.
SSC-32 Manual says “… The EEPROM is supported by the 2.01GP firmware.”
So, can i use properly EEPROM with my 2.03XE firmware, or i need some additional hardware (software), or
i need to RTFM more carefully or something else? No ideas!
