Hi 
I bought a ESRA robot in roboshop.ca 2 weeks ago.
I received it 2 days ago, so started to build it.
However, 2 things are missing in the “Shoulder and Base Kit contents” 
:
The base plate and misc. Screws
I also have no servos for the arms, maybe it’s normal and i have to buy them separatly. But’s it’s impossible to buy the base plate without to buy a new ESRA robot. Can i find this piece somewhere pleaze ?

The Robodyssey ESRA II Kit w/Mini SSC II and VSA usually didn’t include the shoulders and arms kit. We offered it as a free bonus but did not include the servos. You may purchase 4 x HS-311 servo motors to complete the setup.
As for the base plate and screws, we will ship that out to you, as they should have been included and are necessary.
