Sorry I accidentally posted the original message to the wrong group. I have a neato vacuum that we purchased from your organization in 2014 and it has started giving a message that the brushed are stuck please clean out the debris. I have removed and cleaned the brush 4 or 5 times to ensure that the brushes are clean. Is there something more that I can do? I don’t wish to take the vacuum apart to clean the brush motor so what else can I do? Thank you!

If you have purchased the robot with us, we suggest you to contact our support center with your invoice number and we will verify the robot can be repaired under warranty. Usually this error can be caused by the brush or the brush motor.
