got a stupid question here folks!
I want to buy the 6v 2800 mAh batteries and a battery charger from the lynxmotion store. problem is i’m not in the US and our electrical network runs on 220V and not 110V as in the states. Wanted to know if LM sells anything for “outsiders” to use in order to charge their batteries?!
Try to find a distributor in your area. We sell the smart chargers that specify the input voltage is 110 - 220 vac 50 - 60 Hz. They say the only difference is the plug on the power cord.
Easiest solution is probably to buy a 220 >> 110 AC-AC converter. I think thats what they’re called? They’re pretty common here in the US for people traveling elsewhere, I’d imagine they would be easy to find online as well.
All he would need then is a plug adaptor and he is in business.
thanks guys. I wasn’t sure about the influence of the frequency on the batteries, but if the charger says it’s ok for 220V AC and 50-60 Hz then I’m o.k. Thx
