Does the yellow light flash once per second (like the blue one when the waste drawer is full) or is it faster than that?

Does this occur at the end of the cycle or in the middle of it?

What happens if you press the “Reset” button?

the yellow light flashes quickly and if I press reset the blue light flashes and the yellow light goes off

Very well, this issue is coming from the DFI sensor and the Anti-Pinch pins.

This video will help you open the robot and take these parts out so you can clean them, then you can put everything back and test if the issue was resolved or not:

You can clean the DFI sensor (2 green circuit boards + 2 plastic brackets) with alcohol and a Q-Tip.

As for the pins, you can clean them with WD-40 and sandpaper.

If you don’t feel comfortable enough to do this, you can send us the robot for repair under the warranty.

You are covered by the warranty so the shipping back and forth is covered.

But it would take 3 to 5 weeks so trying the replacement parts options is always recommended to avoid the long wait time.

i tried as you said … but it doesn’t work and the yellow light remains flashing … where should i ship the litter box for warranty repair?

Thank you for your reply.

In this case, we recommend sending the robot to our repair center for inspection and repair.

You will need to send us the base, the bonnet, and the power supply of the robot. No need to ship the drawer and the globe.

You can place the globe over the waste drawer and use them as a stationary litter box until the rest of the robot gets back to you.

We suggest a box dimension of 24 “wide x 18” deep x 24 "high. The Bonnet should be put in the box upside down on top of the litter base.

If you wish to proceed with the repair option, please provide us with the following:

  • Shipping address.
  • Phone number.
  • Serial number located on the back of the robot.
