is this a correct circuit diagram for 3 sets of LED’s with 1 resister per set, connected to a switch and a power source? Please point out any mistakes, this is my very first schematic
Your battery polarity isn’t indicated, you have your switch creating a dead short across said battery, and what I believe is the positive end of your supply is going to the cathode end of your rightmost LED cluster.
It looks incorrect. The main problem seems to be the switch is not in series with the battery and LEDs, and one side of the battery is connected to the wrong side of the LEDs.
The symbols for the batteries and LEDs indicate their polarities. The line on the LEDs is the cathode. The long bar on a battery is typically the (-) side, but I’ve seen it done both ways, as well as non-polarity-specific symbology used, so I make it a habit to indicate battery polarity in schematics.
EDIT: I want remotely turn these on using the picoswitch connected to my SSC-32. Since I will be using the SEQ program to control my bot and all its servos, Can I use this to control my picoswitch as well, or will I have to make some kind of Relay to do this?
