I think it’s great that you want to introduce your child to the world of robotics and I think the following link might be useful for that.
As you will notice there are many sources of learning but your child already has the most important thing which is interest so I suggest you take a look at the different sections that this guide presents as well as the Elementary Schools section which is specifically aimed at helping children learn about robotics.
