Help to choose bot board

Hello, I am going to build a robot (Biped or polypod).

And now I’m going to choose some bot board and micro controller.
The boards i can choose is:

BasicMicro Universal Board
and
Basic Atom Super Dev Board

And than I will use a BasicATOM Pro 24-M or a regluar Atom to the dev Board.

Does anybody know about these boards? Are the good? I cant choose any other Board.

And one more question. Does parallax servo/motor controller and other sensors work with the Basic atoms stuff?

Why only look at only these boards?

Lynxmotion’s Mini-AB board is designed specifically for the atom processors, but you can also use any basic stamp or the basic X processor as well, so the Mini-AB is very flexible.

If you plan to build any of the Lynxmotion bot kits, The Mini-AB has a bolt hole pattern to fit on these bots. The other board you mentioned may not fit without a custom fabricated mounting bracket of some sort.

The universal Development board is much larger than what would fit on the Lynxmotion biped.

I don’t know any shop to buy the Lynxmotion’s Mini-AB. I live in Sweden and its only one company who is selling these two boards who I wrote down.

And I am not planing to built any of the Lynxmotion bot kits.
