Heating pad thermostat question

Hi!
I am looking at this heating pad element

I am wanting to put a thermostat on this to keep temps 90,s to 100F for baby milk warmer, is this possible,? Or is the thermostat required to ad to this sold here?

Yes, you can use a 5V thermostat with the 5V heating pad. You can also use a microcontroller with a temperature sensor to control the heating pad ON/OFF in the temperature range you want.
