Edit: and if I don’t win, I’ll buy one, that’s the kind of controller I needed from a brand I’m confident with.

Looks like a great controller!

If I ran Windows, i might be able to make the most out of it.  Running Linux, I probably would not be a good candidate for their review however. 

 

I hope one of our fine LMRians wins this though!

It’s strange, at the bottom

It’s strange, at the bottom of the servo controller software, there’s a mention about Mac user and an install.sh file.

Just a sentence on a whole page… 

@lumi: do you know if there’s a release date for this product?

Well, our Wiki is faster

Well, our Wiki is faster done than the file upload to Github. The Mac and the Linux version will be ready by the end of this week. 

We plan to release the controller by July 6th, the end of the free trial action.

I have to check if european distributors have those one, just to avoid customs additionnal costs like my last order.

You are right, hexapod is a pretty good target for this board.

Hope I’ll finish printing parts for my quadruped, then upgrade to hexa with a veyron board for sure.

It’s time for me to stop hesitate around powering my robots and try the solution I read here.

I got picked for one of these too…

I got picked for one of these too… Very excited! Still not sure what i’ll be using it in yet though. I was thinking the Service Droid but that only has 8 servos, so seems like a bit of a waste… I suppose I can always start there and move it to a hexapod once I have some more experience under my belt  ;)
