Error connecting to processor

Hi
I’m trying to program with “Phoenix_V20” the basic atompro 28 of my Phoenix robot. The basic micro studio found the processor on com4 but when I click “Program” the software tries to program the atom and the “Error connecting to processor” message appears. What’s the problem? Can you help me?

How are you physically connecting to the board? Are you using a USB<>Serial adapter or a real serial (DB9) port?
