Elexol Ethernet Digital "Ether I / O" Interface Module (DIP R)

Hi guys,
I would like to use wi-fi network to control some remote devices. I need to manually set inputs in one place and mirror those signals in other place. In other words I need wi-fi multiple connection point to point. I found some modules:

RB-Elx-02
Elexol Ethernet Digital “Ether I / O” Interface Module (DIP R)
robotshop.com/eu/On-sale/elexol-ethernet-digital-ether-i-o-interface-module-dip-r.html

and

RB-Elx-14
Elexol Ethernet Digital “Ether I / O” Interface Module (PIC R DIP)
robotshop.com/eu/productinfo.aspx?pc=RB-Elx-14&lang=en-US

and I thought they may be used for this purpose. (once plugged to the router / wi-fi adapter)

Could you please advise me in this matter.
I would like to know if those modules are suitable for this task and what is the functional difference between them.
If they are suitable I would need to know how difficult it is to set them up and whether I need to do any programming tho them to make them work in this way.
Let me know if you think there is better solution to this problem.

Thanks allot for your help.

RB-Elx-02 and RB-Elx-14 user wired LAN to communicate and not WiFi. For WiFi communication please see the products in this category: robotshop.com/wifi-ethernet-data-telemetry.html

There shoulld be no interference between your WiFi modules because they take into account their MAC adrdesses when communicating. If you want point to point communication, you will need to make sure the module you choose supports ad-hoc networks.
