Digital Vs. Analog

I bought a CHR-3 recently and have enjoyed it alot, but i am eventually going to upgrade the servos from the HS-475 and i was wondering what kind of performance differnces the two types of servos have? Also is there any mechanical differences in the servos or do they both have similar setups and just different control methods?

They have the same setup, and the same control methods. The difference is in the power they can provide. The 645 is a powerhouse for hexapods. They never slump or lag. I’m told the 475 is ok for the horizontal hip. The 645 will help most for the vertical pivots. I like using 645’s all the way around.
