Is there a way to wirelessly “bridge” an analog 5v signal between two places?
Sure, turn on any radio and listen. There are many ways. Which is most appropriate depends on what generates the signal and what you plan on doing with it on the other end.
Need more input.
Convert the analog level to an audio frequency, and transmit it via a radio link?

This is why I said need more input. Depending on the frequency of the 0-5V signal and the required precision at the receiver end will drive many of the guess work type options out of the picture right up front. For all we know the “analog level” might already be an audio frequency, or it might be almost dc, or it could be a couple a hundred khz of some sort of phase modulated sensor output like from an lvdt pre-amp. Ok that last one might be a little too far out for the budget hobby zone but hopefully I have made my point.
We’re using LVDT on the medical robot we manufacture.
You’re right, need information!
