I was looking for a replacement part for the attached image, I am not too sure what it is called, and I could not locate any trace of this spare part on the robotshop store. I was wondering if there is a possible way for me to order it, or if someone can refer me to a place where I can order it. And what would this part be called? This piece fits in the extruder assembly (below the spring mechanism) for the Afinibot A3 3D printer, the top part is where the filament is fed, and the bottom part is where the throat screws on. The problem I have is that the throat broke inside the screw threading, and now I cannot get it out (even tried heating it and tried to use a screwdriver in hopes to screw it out… but to no avail). So now I was looking for a spare part for this.
You seems to have ordered a throat tube and head block the same day from us, will that solve your problem ?
The block you have on the picture is the one that hold the throat tube and from the picture, it seems to be stuck inside ?
We do not have this part available yet but might be able to provide it.
Yes those two components are needed to fix part of the problem. Problem is the throat screw is also stuck in that aluminum block. Is it possible to find out the cost to purchase that component?
I was also wondering if you guys sold this part as well, as I couldn’t find this on the Robotshop store either. It seems like this was included in the Afinibot A3S models (I have the A3 model).
