Are the 645MG servos (133oz@6V) good enough to run a CH3R? If any of you use the 645MG on the hexapods, how long can you run it until it gets “warm” to warrant a shutdown?

The CH3R uses HS-475 servos by default. The 645s are almost 2x the strength of a 475 so they will work like a charm. You’d be able to add much more weight to the bot.
There are no heat up issues with this bot. You can run the CH3-R battery pack after battery pack with no worries of burning up servos. Now a biped shoulder servo can burn if you hold the arm out at it’s side for a long time. A biped hip servo can also heat up when standing on one leg for a long time, but hexapods do not have these concerns.
