I have had my litter robot since Jan 2018, it has has it’s niggles but generally used to run ok. Recently it has been flashing the orange light or thinks the drawer is full when it’s nearly empty and so does not cycle unless I go and press buttons manually. I press reset and most the time that recovers it. The problem the litter robot is in the cats enclosure and so I don’t know when it is in an error state.
Today I went to install the Connect Upgrade Kit and so I had to undo the robot.

I discovered that there is a big crack in base! pictures attached.
My cats are not over weight and there has been no strain on the litter robot. I am not sure how long the warranty is in the UK for the litter robot. Is there anyway to fix this or should I be looking to get a new base?
