Litter-robot issue DFI sensor

Hi all,

same issue happenend to me today. Followed all the steps as advised but can only get it back working until the next cycle.
Also have the 2 sensor boards installed in my LR3 Connect - How can I get the revised laser version now?
Of course im still under warranty

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.

Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice.

The LASER version of the DFI sensor is no longer used in the Litter-Robot and now all the robots use the IR version with the two circuit boards.

You need to clean these two boards with isopropyl alcohol and a Q-Tip to remove any rust or dust from the small pins on them.

Then clean the Anti-Pinch pins with WD-40 and sandpaper.
