Good Day.
I am trying to go through the initialization/setup/calibration steps.
But have got stuck.
I am attempting to use the Platform Calibration tab, but when I raise the table after initialization. it only travels a short distance vertically (I am still 130 mm distance between the nozzle and the installed perfboard). the table stops and I get a clicking noise.
What have I missed and am doing wrong?

Hi ahawrysh,
Make sure you removed all the internal padding / clips for transportation.
There are some inside that could be hided at first sight.

If you hear a click noise, the motor is trying to move but hit something and “skip” that’s why it’s not moving more than that.

I suspected that it was an interference problem and the sound was the servo motor trying to over come the barrier.
When faced with such issues, I reverted to my standard solution process. I took it apart. As it turns out it was a tight spot on the linear bearing. A little dykem, a little lapping and the problem is gone.
