The fill light (blue light) keeps blinking even when empty or when the tray is out. If I press the reset button, the yellow light blinks for a bit and then it goes back to blinking blue. It will not cycle since I cannot get the blue light to stop blinking. I have followed the instructions available on this site, including powering it off, cleaning the sensors etc and it still just blinks blue. I am not sure if I need to order the DFI kit or if the circuit board could be faulty?
Hi @sdeagost and welcome to the forum!
We can recommend you to replace DFI sensor. You can buy one here: https://www.robotshop.com/ca/en/litter-robot-iii-open-air-dfi-hardware.html
You can use this video to help you replace it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zD3dsJsVVsc
I have the same problem. Don’t know what to do. The robot is only one year old

Hi @Lisadrwl !
If the problem is same, You need to replace DFI sensor and anti-pinch pins.
If your robot is in warranty, please advise.
Thank you.
