Litter robot 3 single yellow light, then nothing

Hello,

I am looking for a little help with troubleshooting my litter robot 3 connect. It was working fine until last week, it suddenly won’t turn on. It blinks yellow at the cycling light once when initially plugged in, then no more lights.

I replaced the power cord and no change. I removed and the pinch sensors and cleaned and replaced them and no change.

I contacted support and all they say is send for repair. I would ideally like to figure out what the issue is so I can buy parts and repair it myself.

Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice.

We will need you to answer the following questions:

1- Are you using the original power adapter and plugging it directly into the wall?
2- Does the area between the buttons heat up quickly once you plug the robot in?
3- Were there any issues with electricity at your house recently?
