Lavviebot Refurbished already registered issue

Hi!

I’ve purchased a refurbished Lavviebot and was quite disappointed. First off the hinge for the side door is broke, which I will need to call to get a replacement part, but secondly I cannot register the unit since I get an error that it has already been registered. Has anybody encountered this issue yet???

I really want to love this unit but first impressions hasn’t been good, but can’t blame the unit at this point.

Please provide us with your order number.

We can certainly send you a replacement door hinge along with an instructional video to help you replace it.

We have also bought a refurbished Lavviebot and we have the same error with the app. ‘‘The device is already registered’’

J’ai reçu ma lavviebot s aujourd’hui avec le même problème ( this deviceis already registered)
donc je ne peut terminer le processus sur l’application.

Wir können den LavviBot S ebenfalls nicht in der App registrieren, weil dieser bereits registriert war.
